Inspired by the vibrant flavors and traditions of the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico, Sofrito Shack was created to bring the taste and spirit of the Caribbean to our local community. What started with a love for cooking and sharing our family's favorite recipes has grown into a business built around one simple idea: good food brings people together.
Sofrito is the root of everything we do. Inspired by the traditional flavors and plates that bring people together, we take that foundation and put our own signature twist on it.
From our signature POPnadas™ and flavorful wings to our traditional plates, sliders, house-made sauces, and more, every dish is rooted in bold flavor, tradition, and the love of good food. We create food meant to be shared, enjoyed, and remembered.
